What would you say are the key benefits with MFN?

What I really like about MFN is all the features that help us ensure compliance and save time. When we started using MFN in 2021 it felt like moving into the 21st century, the user-friendliness was so much better than our previous application.

Having a news distribution platform that reduces stress is incredibly important for us when sending out financial reports to the investor community, or when we communicated that Kingspan Group made an offer to acquire the company. All regulatory aspects are covered without me having to think too much about it, as it is an integrated part of the workflow. It is hard to get it wrong, and it definitely saves us time.

...and what do you like about Strictlog?

Being compliant with MAR is, of course, a must. For us, Strictlog is a kind of insurance to ensure everything is done correctly. Managing MAR requirements means handling a lot of information and communication.

Using Strictlog as a system ensures that we can keep all information organised as we want it, and that all communication with insiders and authorities is always on time.

A very handy feature of Strictlog is its integration with MFN, connecting every insider register to an event that is finally concluded with a press release and then sending a reminder to close the event.

What made you decide to switch from an existing vendor?

It was a combination of factors, but consolidating vendors always adds value, and in this case, we also got better products on a standalone basis. 

Another aspect that should not be underestimated is customer service - having the same point of contact for multiple workflows, that always replies promptly and goes the extra mile when you have complicated questions, is very valuable.
