How Monitor and Estimates Help DSV
With a data-driven approach and hundreds of investor meetings each year, DSV’s IR team needed software that could keep up. By using Monitor and Estimates, they now manage investor interactions, analyst consensus, and shareholder data all in one place — focusing less on admin and more on delivering strategic Investor Relations results.

What do you appreciate most about our Investor Relations platform Monitor?

We have been using different Investor Relations platforms in recent years and for me Monitor has been the most user-friendly IR platform. We really like that we get the combination of different IR services in one place.

We actively use the CRM, Estimates feature, and with the owners list we get an easy overview of our shareholders. It makes our workflows more efficient, that we have easy access to data in one single platform. We are a team of four

people with different roles and tasks, and we all use Monitor

actively in our day-to-day work.

What is your impression of Monitor’s CRM?

The CRM is one of the most important tools for our Investor Relations team. We host around 600 investor meetings a year including conferences and roadshows, and we use the CRM to keep track of our investor activities.

It’s important for us that we have easy access to the data and that we can add new data to the platform efficiently. As a company, we are highly data- driven, and we like that we can get statistics on our meeting activities directly in the CRM as this is one of few core KPI’s for an IR team.

We also use the data to generate reports for ourselves and our management team to prepare before going on roadshow.

You also use our analyst consensus service Estimates, in which ways does that help you in your work?

Consensus is very important for us to understand market expectations. Before we started using Estimates, we did the work ourselves by manually typing data from analyst reports into spreadsheets to get consensus. With more than 25 analysts covering our share, it was highly time-consuming.

In the beginning, I was a bit sceptical whether you would be able to do the same work as we also have some KPI’s that are unique for our industry, but this was never a problem. You do a great job, and the Estimates feature has saved us a lot of time and made our consensus workflow much more efficient.
